warnerDr. Warner joined SAIC as a member of the technical staff in 1973 and currently is Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Executive Vice President. He also has been a member of the SAIC Board of Directors since 1988, the longest serving current board member. As CAO since 2003, Dr. Warner reports to Mr. Ken Dahlberg, SAIC President, CEO and Chairman, and is responsible for contracts, procurement, information and telecommunication systems, enterprise-wide risk management, physical and information security, quality and ethics. He chairs the Executive Risk Management Committee, established in response to SOX-404.

John has been on the Board of Directors of SAIC for the last 17 years and he highlights some of the changes that have happened over that time period at the board level. The board used to have a much more hands-on role where now it has taken a much more oversight role.

John has been with the company for 33 years where he played an important role in growing the company from $10 million then to $8 billion in revenues. He walks us through how the company grew from a pure R&D company to the company it is today. They have transformed the organization to make sure that there is alignment with the customer base and create and increase the critical mass in key business areas.
