Mitch talks about how the current turbulent environment is putting much more pressure on leadership. How are leaders that have been successful in the good times evolving their leadership style in this new environment? What are the drivers?

Mitch has defined six different relationship risks that will define the leadership. In this segment, we explore the leader, which is about the relationship between team member and leader, as well as the vision, which is the relationship between the leader and the leader's future.

In this segment, Mitch explores the leaders reality, which is the relationship between the leader and the facts of the matter. Additionally, he also gives us insight in the team which is all about the relationship among team members.

The last two of the relationship that Mitch is exposing is about action, which is the relationship between the leader and his/her ability to act. The final relationship risk is around thoughts, which is the relationship with team members and their thoughts. He also summarizes how actively dealing with these relationships build more power for leaders and their teams.
